Applies to the BeeTrustScore app (com.suryaai.beetrustscore on Google Play and on the App Store) and to beetrustscore.co.in.
BeeTrustScore stores the assessments and evidence you submit against your account so your readiness score can be computed and shown to you.
1. Who we are
BeeTrustScore is built and operated by Surya AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. In this policy “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the app or the website.
For any privacy question, correction or deletion request, write to [email protected]. That address reaches our Grievance Officer.
2. What stays on your device
The following are held locally by the app and are not transmitted to us as a consequence of the feature itself:

3. Third parties in this build
There are none. BeeTrustScore contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no social-media SDK. We have not integrated a third-party processor into the app, so no third party receives your data as a result of your using it.
If that ever changes we will update this policy and say so in the app's release notes before the change ships.
4. Device permissions, and why the app asks
The app requests only the permissions below. Each is requested at the moment the feature needs it, and declining one disables that feature rather than the app.

5. Assessment and institution data
Where your institution enrols you on BeeTrustScore, the institution can see the assessments you complete through it and the readiness score derived from them. It cannot see data you record outside that enrolment. Your evidence uploads are visible to you and to the assessors your institution designates.
6. Where your data is processed
Our servers run in Amazon Web Services in the ap-south-2 (Hyderabad, India) region.
Traffic to our domains is proxied by Cloudflare, Inc., which terminates TLS at an edge location and therefore sees request metadata, including your IP address, in transit.
Our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for up to 30 days for security and abuse investigation.
7. What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we have never sold it.
- We do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks.
- We do not show third-party ads in BeeTrustScore.
- We do not use your business or personal records to train machine-learning models.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
8. Retention
Data you store locally stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app; uninstalling removes the app's local database. Data held in your account on our servers is kept while the account is open, and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
9. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to [email protected] from the address on the account, or use the in-app deletion option where the app provides one. We confirm the request, act on it within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
You do not need an account or a reason to make this request, and we do not charge for it.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Contact [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
11. Children
BeeTrustScore is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. For a change that materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will also notify you in the app before it takes effect.
